  • Once your request is approved, our team will arrange a pickupor guide you through the return shipping process.
  • Returned products will be inspected upon receipt before processing your refund or replacement.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business daysafter we receive and verify the returned product.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundableunless the return is due to our error (such as a wrong or defective product).
