1. Shipping Partner

We proudly partner with ExpressBees Logistics and Self Delivery. Which enables us to ensure safe and timely deliveries across various regions in India.

2. Shipping Coverage

Currently, we ship within India only. We aim to cover all serviceable pin codes as supported by the delivery partner. If your location is unserviceable, our customer care team will reach out with alternative options.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your package.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery: 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. 

Delivery times may vary for remote or hard-to-reach locations.

5. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499 (within Chennai).
Others will be disclosed later.

A flat shipping fee may apply for orders below this value or for Cash on Delivery (COD) and Pre Paid orders (if applicable).

6. Order Tracking

You can track your shipment using the tracking ID provided.

7. Delays or Issues

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, festivals, logistics issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding during such times.

8. Undelivered or Returned Orders

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, we will contact you to reship or refund the product (shipping fees may be deducted in such cases).
